Bal-Trap is a bittersweet drama. The action takes place after a popular dance on the village square, where two young people begin their love story while two others try to restore their passionate love, the one they had before daily chores doused their flame. But bumps and bruises are present, hidden deep inside, ignored, but still guiding the characters toward a fate that prevents them from living their one true Love. Each of them is looking for a soul mate, but they cannot understand each other. They follow their “Sweet Dream” to escape their loneliness and their pasts, believing, with an insatiable faith, in a better future where true Love can move mountains and make them – and the rest of us – travel to the ends of the earth.
