This title was chosen because the show is essentially about the encounter of music and visual arts, the visible and the unseen, about a dialogue between space and surface, and a correspondence between sound and color.
In her compositions for piano, Tiziana De Carolis proposes a wide range of cadenced emotions, silences, murmurs, vibrations, contrasts and musical flights to the point of being dazzled. The exhibit invites you into the imaginary world of visual artists. Whether their artworks are flat or three-dimensional, you might find within the colors, the lines, the curves, the shades and the tensions, the echo of the music that resonates within them. In addition to that playful duet, the poems written by Ilham Yahia are displayed among the photographs and the paintings. The music of her words plays with the shapes and colors of the visual arts and mirrors our state of mind. Let your spirit enter the dance, enjoy! 2013 French Cultures Festival official event. |
